TDC in Attack Scope

Hi Guys.

So after being away for a while and following the construction of my new rig.
I reinstalled SH5 and TWOS, after getting the call to the sea.

Im pulling my hair out over what must be a simple problem but i cant figure it out. I some how cannot get the TDC dials on when in attack scope. I can have them in the map via the little button beside the attack disc and nomograph buttons. but not in the scope.
In the options file have TDC on while ROABF is active and TDC on in all scopes including observation attack and UZO but nothing appears.
