I was chasing an enemy and although I was (auto) firing about three dozen shots at her from close distance the damage never went up. Eventually the lead ship of the two ship column wasn't reacting to any orders and the counter on the maneuver button stopped at 57 seconds this lasted for about a minute. Seems like a bug to me?
