TWOS Map no Lat long coordinates

I have been playing TWOS for a little bit now and realized I didn't have any latitude or longitude coordinates on my map. No matter what mods I put on they wont appear, be that real navigation, missing nav map coordinates fix, or remove plastic cover. I am completely lost what to do to fix this aside from a full reinstall of the mod. In the map settings the option to enable Lat and long is greyed out and cant be toggled on and off.

Untick tactical map view towards the bottom. I believe that's the one that shows Lat and Long.
