Cold Waters version 1.07d is now available for all users. It contains a major overhaul of the user interface, adding the ability to set course, set depth, adjust speed by individual knots along with tool tips and an optional graphical button based-interface.

Sorry but, what exactly differentiates 1.07d from 1.07c? All I see is the list of cumulative 1.07 updates.

This game keeps getting better with every update.
![]() Something I would like to see, in the future, is voice-command. The idea that I can speak into my microphone and state, "Make your depth 800, come to course 060", would be perfect. There was such a capability in Sub Command (which will no longer work on my present computer), and it made the game "less of a game", if you catch my drift. My Steam account states of 1.07d is going to download at 2134 hrs, CST. Looking forward to trying it out! |

Probably i'm missing something but it seems that it is possible to have most of ui commands at the same time by using toolbar. If so why i cannot activate it? I mean i did set ToolbarsPos=0,0,0 in the config but it is still not visible. Is there any button that must be pressed?

A graphical UI for navigation is what I've been waiting for to purchase this game. I'm getting the impression you cannot have all the navigation controls display at the same time but must switch between various tool bars?

1.07d will still display the propulsion sonar signature on sunken subs (icon on map.) 3D view confirms the prop is not turning.

Love this version, but is there any way to go back to the voices from v1.06? I don't like the slightly tinny sound of the voices in this version.
