In stock, the recognition manual has the warships under the appropriate country. The merchants are all under "merchant."

With the book displayed on the screen, but the cover closed, click on the cover outside of the Country's flag that is displayed, and it should change to the next "Grouping", whether it'd be the next country on the list, or the Merchants, depends upon what's displaying at the time you click. You will see "Merchants" displayed, with no flag for country. Now click on the word "Merchants" on the cover, and it should take you in to see all the merchant vessels of ALL countries...
