Damage

I just finished a single mission and a was cleaning up the Kotlin at 15k yards and when I was done, I went to exit and it said flooding! I checked damage control and 12% hull damage and propulsion and ballast were flooded...!?!

I took the boat to 70ft. and pumped it out, but why? No report listed from the XO or COB. What do these people do on watch!

Anyway, it is either a bug for just random damage or someone needs to sound off. My crew D*** well keep me informed. I should at least get a "non-informational" "transient(s) Captain!".
