Default Introducing Tweestrijd

Hello again,

A few years ago I registered on this forum under some name or the other, I can't remember the login so here is the new and improved me.

I saw Silent Hunter V on steam for a few euro's so I decided to give it a go again. My first experience with the Silent Hunter series was a few years ago, I greatly enjoyed V and I had a lot of fun modding the game until my videocard literally broke down while playing. (there was smoke and tears followed.)

Now that I've gotten my new rig up and running and my summer holiday has started I figured I'd give it a go, but after a few minutes I noticed a few things.
1. All my favorite mods are now bundles in one incredible pack. (The Wolves of Steel)
2. This pack doesn't like steam instals.

I have read some bits about being able to work around the issues involving steam, but I don't know how recent this information is and I'm not sure how I'm surpose to guarantee a working instal without mucking up my instal and losing my mind in the process of installation. (I remember modding Silent Hunter V as one of the more gruelling experiences in my gaming history.)

Happy to be back, hope someone can point me in the right direction or give me a clearcut answer so I can 'dive on in'!

With kind regards,
Tweestrijd.
