Insertion & Land Strike mission: Coordinates please!

Is there a list of all the location coordinates for Naval Bases that can be used for the creation of Insertion & Land strike missions? I'm currently trying to re-write the russian campaigns to include these missions, so the subs like Typhoon or Delta IV are not completly useless, they don't fit for sub or ship hunting and such missions would give them more weight and challenge.

In particular, I need the right coordinates for all possible locations for the files

INSERTION_0.txt etc. (MapCoordinates=...)
INSERTION_LOCATION_0.txt etc. ('MapCoordinates=...)
LAND_STRIKE_LOCATION_0.txt etc. ('MapCoordinates=...)

I have no idea how to set them, also it's important that they are 'attackable' at campaign start in order for CW not to crash.
