Sh 5 Screen filled with Instructions ??!!!

when i try to load my save it starts with bunch of instructions that cant closed at the time now i cant play the game any idea how to fix this please

mods that i am using right now

-MRP -1.3+OPFC Light
-MRP 5x4 Patch
-MightyFineCrew mod 1.2 alt faces
-Equip_Upgrades_Fix_1_4_AFFOE_151
-Equipment Upgrades fix v1.4 byTheBeast
-BRF 1.3 Full
