I was doing a patrol in a los Angeles class SSN and I decided to go look around in Hiroshima, and Kure in 1941 but when. I got there in Kure there was only 2 ships one being a tugboat and the other being a generic coastal freighter. I'm wondering why there is no naval ship in the yard and I'm wondering why. the only mods I have enabled is the los Angeles class SSN and nothing else. any help would be appreciated thanks.

Just checked it out in the Permit class, seemed pretty barren to me too. Could just be normal for that time period.

The "Stock" game has some rather bleakly populated areas, and others that have entirely too many vessels for ~any~ time period... just the nature of the game. In Stock, the traffic there may well pickup later, I can't remember Kure exactly, but I do know that in the FotRSU version, there's quite a bit in there by 1942... In fact, they pile on top of each other...
