So I have been swimming thru the forums and I cant find a good modern mod list. All the mod lists in the forums are either out of date or just not stable enough.
Can all your captains post your stable mod lists for me?

Mine is pretty stable in this order, all of them you can find here. Had no crashes at all and there's no conflict between the files either.
Also I'm using the GWX mod and running H.Sie Hardcode fixes, if you don't intend on using the hardcode fixes, ignore the last one on the list. If do though, do it with a clean install before installing anything else.

I've given up on SH3. As much as i love it, i just can't take the crashing anymore when i try to mod it. It's a total crap-shoot whether or not i can start my next patrol without getting dumped to the desktop.

Moved on to the much more stable SH4 for my sub fix.

Yes, I share your pain, mate! However, I'm quite confident that the upcoming WAC5.0 mod will work without issues!! Living silent hunter mod crashes only when I move the map to Moscow which is the main reason why I am playing it

Btw, I think I saw Blitzkrieg posting a collection of mod lists created by many different people. I sadly do not remember anymore where he did that, it's somewhere on the forum..

. I'm using the included "_LSH3-2015_GUI_OLC_WIDESCREEN" mod too and "ManosEnvironmentPro v5".

Last time i installed LSH 2015 on a clean install with no other mods, it kept crashing as i loaded up my first patrol.
Last time i installed GWX 3 on a clean install with no other mods, it started crashing non-stop when trying to load up my second patrol.

If i run the game stock it plays just fine.

Windows 10 Pro x64.

Hi gutted
LSH3-2015 does not like Windows 10
When the game crashes before reaching the command room it will be a compatibility problem.
This is easily overcome by running the SH3.exe OS10 in OS7 compatibility and administrator.
Post #6 Running Applications As An Administrator.

Hmmmm.....

I still had the GWX install on my disk. Decided to try win7 compatibility mode and loaded up patrol 2. And it loaded. Not sure if it was a fluke. Will try it again tomorrow it's late.
