Torpedo parameters

I downloaded my copy of SH5 directly from amazon so i have no instructions nor even a start up page for an option to go to such a page, so where do I go to to set my torpedos to run the way I want them to?

I would suggest you check out some YouTube videos as this is thee easiest way to learn.
