Playabel Russian Sub Question/Help

I (think) I downloaded the Russian sub, I manually copied and pasted the files in the right places, now if the sub is there how do I use it, there doesn't seem to be an option in the Career or the Single missions to swap sides?

I also looked in the 'Museum' but as soon as I scrolled to the bottom of the list the sim crashed, so not even sure Russia is listed, is it worth bothering with or shall I delete it?

I did a search on Google, typed in Russian Sub SH3, I got a few Russian websites, some English saying it was a Sub for SH3 so I downloaded.
Some were other stuff but one was a sub, it had what appeared to be all the right named files so I presumed that was it lol.

I deleted it now, got fed up messing around with it.
