Support A few dumb questions re. SH V

Hey all

I've some dumb questions regarding SH V that I probably should have asked a long time ago.

So, first up how do I get resupplied when at sea? I click on Wolfram Raebe (the radio guy) to get to the dialog option but he always immediately reports back that the request is denied.

Second - how do I know what type of U-boat I'm flying? Is it in the manual? I can't see anything in-game.

Third - I'm guessing the answer is yes but do you have to be at all stop to get external reserves into the boat?

Fourth - I nearly ran out of fuel on my last patrol, between Brest and Lands End, after intercepting/stalking a large convoy and taking down 3 of them. I got back to Heligoland to refit with only 12% fuel left. I'm guessing, because it's obvious from the map that there isn't a short route, back and forth between Heligoland and the Irish Sea, apart from a suicide run through the English Channel. So what can I do, apart from crawling along on the slowest speed?

Last - is there a torpedo firing order that works best. Going from films (I know, bad example) it seems sub commanders usually fire torpedoes 1 and 3 first, is there any reason for that other than it being Hollywood?

TIA
