Crew don`t want to cheer?!

Why my crew don't cheer for me when i have a successful torpedo hit?

I play GWX 3.0, and i know that cheering have some connection with target solution from weapon officer, but even when i target the ship manually, and my stopwatch countdown, when i hit the vessel, my crew is silent like they just don`t care... this is maybe funny.. but come on guys..., i am a good captain after all, i want some cheering..heh
