Unfortunately I purchased a second hand copy of SH5 and of course found on installing that the CD key had already been registered.
I have since bought a brand new SH5 CD and have deleted the previous one off my hard drive prior to installing the new one. My question is should I delete the copy of Uplay (installed when I installed second hand copy of SH5) from my hard drive as well before doing the new install??? Mike |

Hi kk
By Uplay if you mean the Uplay game launcher showing in the Control Panel, Program and Features then no you do not need to uninstall it as your previous cd has already installed it. The default installation is C:\Program file (x86) There is an option here that will let you install the Uplay game launcher on any drive and in any folder. Post #157 How To Replace a Faulty SH5 Game Launcher Install your game using the custom installation so that it does not default to the program file (X86) folder. Peter

Thanks for that info and I have gone ahead and installed the game and the Wolves of Steel Mod as instructed and am off on my first mission.
