Grey Wolves 3.0

I'm playing SHIII Grey Wolves. I can't see anywhere for me to send status reports etc . There is only reports able to be sent using the Radio Officer. Is this correct? Am I not seeing something?
The only added mods are Fuel economy/Decks awash and Mid Patrol Orders.

You can either order the radioman to send a status report by clicking on his icon and then the "send patrol report" button or you can do it yourself by hitting the "m" key to bring up the radio messages screen and then clicking the tab at the top of clipboard. I'm not not in front of my computer right now, but I think the tab says "statusbericht sende" or something like that.
