Default Sound files for bosun's pipe, bugle calls, military drill and music.

So I was digging through my old navy sound files folder from eons ago to expand the gramophone catalog and rediscovered the collection of calls from both bugle and pipe.

I'm assuming that someone around here might find these useful for a mod or some such, so lemme know if you want them.

Boatswain's Pipe Calls:
Belay, Heave Around, Mess Call, Pass the Word, Piping the Side, Secure, Sweepers, Turn To and the calls for 2, 6 or 8 Side Boys (dunno where the file for four where to, but you can split the call for 8 to make it, it's just 2 pips for four, and 2 pairs of 2 pips for eight.)

Bugler's Calls:
Adjutants Call (Full Section and single bugle), Attention (Full Section and single bugle), Assembly, Carry On, Church Call, Evening Colors, First Call, Fix Bayonets, Mess Call, Morning Colors, Officers Call and Revielle.

I also have a small assortment of military marches, honors music, and marching cadence.

And finally the gramophone pack I was working on itself includes:
Selections of Aaron Copland, military music, lots of John Philip Sousa and the German folk-song-turned-military-march Erika.

Alright, while I'm waiting for access to upload the mod file I suppose I can at least detail the contents for the music pack. First a couple non-US songs:

DE - German Marching Song - Erika
UK - Gilbert and Sullivan - When I Was a Lad [it pokes fun at the Royal Navy, figured it might find its way into a sub's music rotation]

[The numbering is just a sorting mechanism I used to order the songs, the large numerical gaps are intentional. I'd like to tie some of the music to dates, such as Copland's works that aren't produced until '42 and '44, but I'm not sure if that functionality is in the game yet.]

US - 00 - US Naval Academy Glee Club - Anchors Aweigh, Marines' Hymn (medley)
US - 01 - Aaron Copland - Rodeo (produced in 1942)
US - 02 - Aaron Copland - Simple Gifts (excerpt, Appalachian Spring) (produced in 1944)
US - 03 - Aaron Copland - Fanfare for the Common Man (Produced in 1942)
US - 10 - Edmund L. Gruber, John Philip Sousa - U.S. Field Artillery (Caissons Go Rolling Along)
US - 11 - Charles Zimmerman - Anchors Aweigh
US - 12 - Francesco Maria Scala - Marines' Hymn (From the Halls of Montezuma)
US - 13 - Robert MacArthur Crawford - The U.S. Air Force (Wild Blue Yonder)
US - 20 - U.S. Army Airborne - Blood Upon the Risers
US - 30 - John Philip Sousa - Washington Post (with bugle, Adjutants Call)
US - 31 - Edwin Eugene Bagley - Trio to National Emblem
US - 32 - John Philip Sousa - Jack Tar March
US - 33 - John Philip Sousa - Semper Fidelis
US - 34 - John Philip Sousa - Stars and Stripes Forever
US - 35 - John Philip Sousa - Hands Across the Sea
US - 36 - Bravura [I have no further information on this piece of music]
US - 37 - Robert Brown Hall - The New Colonial March
US - 50 - Julia Ward Howe - Battle Hymn of the Republic
US - 51 - Patrick Gilmore - When Johnny Comes Marching Home
US - 80 - William Whiting - Eternal Father, Strong to Save (The Navy Hymn, instrumental)
US - 81 - William Whiting - Eternal Father, Strong to Save (The Navy Hymn, acapella)
US - 82 - William Whiting - Eternal Father, Strong to Save (The Navy Hymn, vocals)
US - 83 - Sarah Flower Adams - Nearer My God to Thee (strings)
US - 98 - To Colors (Fanfare and Drumroll to precede the national anthem)
US - 99 - Francis Scott Key - The Star Spangled Banner (First and Fourth Verses)

The additional sound files include the bugle and pipe calls listed above (and I found a piping call (Belay) that can pull double duty for "4 Side Boys". The other random assortment of files include:

Four Flourish Flag March
Four Flourish Honors March
Cadence, 4/4 time (Snare and Bass drum)
Cadence, 6/8 time (Snare and Bass drum)
Grand Old Flag
Ouverture [I think by Sousa, limited information]
The Star Spangled Banner (instrumental)
To Colors [again]
Trio to National Emblem [again]

The four/four cadence would be good if you just needed a background militaristic drum beat for a cut scene or montage.

Hummm. It has been four days since I sent Neal Stevens a PM asking for permission to upload and still no reply. He's been on since then but hasn't read the PM (return-receipt option). Where are the signal flares kept?
