Problems with mod soup

Hello i am using gwx 3.0 gold and I 4gb patched it but campaing and single missions always crash doesint even load.
I was trying this so long but doesint work sorry for bad english

Ops almost forgot that mod adds smoke to snorkel and like splashes of water if periscope is raised like not a trail but splashes in external camera

What operating system? Compatibility Modes running? Is this a fresh install, reinstall, etc?

Amsthlon 6700 or something like that 2.8ghz dual core
Compatibility. Is windows xp 2
