Anyway to get rid of blackbars when playing SH3 without a gui mod?

So im back to using GWX from LSH. There isnt a widescreen GUI mod that I like, so I want to use it stock. Problem is, my monitor is 1920x1080 and it has black bars on both sides. Any way to get rid of this? Thanks

nevermind, i got it!

Theres a setting in my nvidia driver settings that stretches it!
