Default Keybinding issue

Hello,

I am having a bit of trouble with my SH3 installation. While doing the naval academy missions, I am unable to manually use the deck gun. I was browsing around and some forums mentioned the high-res fix being the culprit but I didn't see mention of a way to fix it. It seem like the F9 and F10 keys don't do anything. I checked through the commands_eng.cfg files of the mods I have installed plus the one in the data folder for the base game but they all seem to have the same text:

[Cmd19]
Name=Deckgun_camera
Ctxt=1
MnID=0x3F020005
Key0=0x79,,"F10"
Page=0x38000000,3707
GoBack=Conning_deck_camera

Here is the list of mods that I am using:
GWX3.0
GWX - 16km Atmosphere
GWX - Integraded Orders
GWX - Main movie - 'Das Boot'
GWX - Open Hatch Mod
GWX - No Medals on Crew
GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects
Longer_Repair_Times_2.0.4_II
LifeBoats&Debris_v4
Real Depth Charge
OLC's Modified Searchlight Beams for GWX3
Merchant_Fleet_Mod_3.2
MFM3.2 displacement correction mod
Haunting Atlantic Wind
Torpedo damage Final ver 2.0
Moon_light_mod
Pascal_Port_People
DD_VisibleMines_V1.0

Anyone happen to have any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance!
