I'm working on simulating the mk.14 torpedo first all the way up to late 80's fish for project redwater. Wire guided willa ctually be easier..
Anyway how do I calculate how long the fish should run straight before turning, how is the gyro angle calculated to rudder angle, how long did the turn last etc. etc. I have no information on this and can only create guesses. IS there any information, or ways I could shoot a torpedo (say at a stationary target, 15 gyro 400yd straight run, turn, then starivht to target and if it hit dead center my math is right? Any ideas?
