Can't draw during pause

Hi,
I can't use ruler when the game is paused, also some other functionality of map is not working fully. When the game is unpaused all becomes working.
Do you know how to enable full functionality of map when the game is paused?

You cannot redraw existing lines etc with the tools with the game paused.
The only way around this is to erase the existing line and draw a new one.
This goes for all the tools.
