Hi Guys. Trying to get back into SH4. Got a question. How do you use the after battery compartment? I have the TMO mod. Thanks.

When I'm taking damage (depth charge or attacking with deck gun for example), the deck watch go into after battery for safety and the other guys go to their damage control stations. The only problem is TMO is one slot short to take the entire deck watch, so I had to mod an extra slot into my after battery.

Well, I was just wondering if I should move some guys out of there when starting a patrol? Is that the way to do it? Then, you would have room for your deck watch and your officers with special ability's. Right? Speaking of the DW, you only have to move the guys on watch when you submerge. Correct? To protect them from DC attack. Not all three watches. Is that correct? Appreciate your reply james nix. Thanks all.
