Switching off Control Tip Messages?

Hello everybody

Every time I reload a game per default the basic control tip messages are included into the message list on the upper side of the screen.

They were useful the first time I read them but now they are just annoying ... especially as a right click on the message icon isn´t enough to delete the message, but instead I have to open each of them and click on their X-Button.

Is there any way to prevent that these message get generated at each reload of the game?
