Any good sound mods?

The title says it all...
I'm just starting to think about mods, and I certainly don't want anything that decreases the level of realism in the game.
Anyway, I've watched a few tutorials and some of them seem to have a really cool sound environment. The crew is talking a lot more, there are a more noises, it's just a "fuller" atmosphere compared to my stock game.

Any recommendations?
