Not sure if this is the right place to put this post

I'm having trouble downloading any mod for SH3

, i get a message that says slow down cowboy you are downloading to fast (don't see how cause i haven't downloaded anything

) wait 3 seconds and try again or try later thank you, i have donated to the site so i'm i doing something wrong

?

this is really frustrating says I have 18 downloads I know I have only downloaded 1 mod for SH3 that is JSMGE so why is it saying 18 is it because its counting the ones I'm trying to download but cant?
