Hey guys playing sh3 right now with gwx and a few other mods. I have sh5 now but I tried playing it awhile back and I hated it. I know the mods have came along way since then so I was wondering if there were any good mega mods for it like gwx for sh3 or rfb for sh4. Thanks guys

I've just recently got back into SH5 because of this great mega mod http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=210703

I haven't played it in a while due to bugs, glitches CTD and the time consuming task of mod soup mixing. But this mega mod is very stable and well thought out.

Then I came across his little beauty of an add on for it http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=215304
I loved Pedrobas's mega mod the last time I played the game and it had all the Das Boot sounds in it. Dragon's version of the Wolves Of Steel mega mod adds some of these sounds as well as a few other tweaks that I liked the look of so this one is my choice at the moment and so far seems very stable. I also added this http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...t=silentmichal

to my soup which gives the inside of the boat a real Das Boot feeling and hasn't affected the stability of the mod so far.

Hope these suggestions help you out a bit.

EDIT.....Just read your post again and realised you are looking for SH4 mods...........doh! my bad...although you did post in an SH5 forum!.....now I'm confused..lol. Sorry can't help there as I'm on SH5 for now, but seriously SH5 is a completely new game now thanks to the awesome moders we have here.
