Command Aces of the Deep Graphics

Tried to search for my answer. Is there a way to use quotes to find only "Aces of the Deep" posts?

Anyway, I'm running it on XP using compatibility: Windows 95, 256 colors and 640 x 480 (or whatever it is). The graphics are extremely grainy. Also, another compatibility question. Do you need to use it for the setup.exe when installing the game? I didn't do that. I only used compatibility on the shortcut after installation.
