Default map bug

I found the area that causes crashing of the game while looking at the map is the Adriatic sea and the coastline of Croatia. Or sometimes in the area of the Baltic and/or Romania.
When I did my Mediterranean campaign I was always concerned about random crashing every time I moved the map closer to Italy.

So don't look at Italy or the game will give you the boot.

Same here. Sometimes I wonder over the map to see how Germany is doing and then

It's like don't look at Slender Man or he will take you =]

Crashes during map moving is an old issue, which nobody yet succeeded in fixing.

For me it's in a certain zoom view. If I drag the map to Stalingrad in a certain view it CTDs and if I zoom in on the Black Sea, the game crashes if I start dragging NW from the Black Sea.

This bug only started happening to me after I activated the "flat sun fix" mod.

I tell you.. if it's not the Flat Earth people, it's now the the Flat Sun Gods...

After all these crashes over the years, I can only think that it's memory space related, as i had very few crashes... and this only occurring when I overload the mods. This disappears when I use 'skinny' mods.

You might find that if you swop out some mods... all will be back to normal.
