All stop minimum speed is 10 knots

I sincerely apologise if this has been reported and resolved, I searched for an answer without luck.

I patched the steam version with the 1.02 non-steam SH5.exe, installed mods per Fifi's medium list from volodya61's bonus pack with some updates to latest versions.

My problem is that at all stop my sub makes 10 kts. Back props does nothing and the boat continues at 10 knots. As far as I recall none of the mods explicitly change sub speeds. Is this a known easily fixable issue, or is more detail required for a proposed fix?

After playing for a while and removing some mods to get stability the problem automagically disappeared. Resolved.
