[TEC] milk cow mod?

i heard that in ww2 the germans had u-boats dedicated to refueling, rearming and repairing other u-boats. they called them "milk cows" or something similar. is there a mod (preferably one that works with operation monsoon) that adds these things in in a meaningful way? like one where you can interact with them and refuel at sea to extend your range. sorry if this question has been asked before. i searched and couldnt find anything except stuff for sh3 and 5. i would just go and play sh3 but it doesnt work on my computer. thanks in advance.

I have SH4 1.4, so no U-boat addon missions. If I ever upgrade to 1.5 what I would do is use the mission editor to create resupply bases with a U-boat set as "docked" in various locations. AFAIK there's no way to set an actual refueling ship of any kind, but in the Pacific campaign I fake it by making resupply bases near islands with a docked sub tender.
