Eh?

The head of the IRS - conservative and pro-Israel groups audit / 501c denial targeting
The head of the State Department - Benhazi
The head of the Justice Department - AP phone record cull
The head of the Justice Department - Fox News reporter James Rosen phones and email monitoriing .
The head of the Justice Department - perjury in sworn Congress statement re: never associated with "potential prosecution" of a journalist for perjury; he signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal.
The head of the ATF - Federal agencies allowed weapons from U.S. gun dealers to "walk" across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. The ATF summarily lost track of scores of those weapons, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
The head of Health & Human Services - Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for The Affordable Health Care Act (An Act Of Congress)..
Head of the Ag Dept - compensate black farmers who had been discriminated against by the agency that evolved into a gravy train delivering several $billion cash to thousands of additional minority and female farmers
Head of the GSA - held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas featuring a clown and a mind readers.
Head of the VA for Disney World - $6 million on two conferences in Orlando
Head of HHS - Comrad Secretary's Hatch Act violation re: "extemporaneous partisan remarks" during a speech that called for the election of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina.
The head of the Obama Administration: funded and promoted Solyndra despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy; the head of the administration allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm elections; the latter being violation of Congressional law.
The head of the EPA - using "Richard Windsor" as sender-name in official eMail correspondance with other government officials
The head of the New Black Panthers - voter intimidation at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia.
The head of the Obama administration: violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.
Vice President of USA: forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.
WH advisor David Axelrod re: AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Affordable Health Care - "you have to pass it to find out what's in it" - Act; the firm was hired to help pay Axelrod $2 million that AKPD owed him.
WH Chief of Staff - used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).

As can be seen, given the huge number of resignations, the two recent resignations are totally unsurprising, hab humbug, and what not; nothing to see here so just move along to the next entertaining issue presented for you.
