Upon reading some of the posts here, SH4 requires a ".tga" file, that needs to be altered/created outside of the SH3 mission editor. I've also read that the SH3 M.E. will work for SH4, and that there is no editor for SH4. Can someone please tell me how to create a .tga file for SH4, and what needs to be put in it?
