post war?

Dose any one know if there is a mod that allows you to keep playing after the end of the war? With the cokd war, Korean War, and the Vietnam War there is a lot of opportunity for the continuation of the game. If anybody knows of any mod which allow you to keep playing after the fall of Japan. Please let me know.

The game is hard coded to end on Sept. 2 I believe the date is. There is however mods for more modern vessels available.

Thats too bad, seeing as the diesel subs were used well into the cold war with the use of the snorkel. Is there any way to chainge the code to allow the game to continue? I just think it would be cool to complete the war and conduct peace time opperations and surveillance as the submarine did. Then with the start of the Korean Conflict be stationed of the Korean Peninsula. not to mention all of the cat and mouse games against the Soviet Union.
