Cannot sign up....

Has anyone run into a problem where they cannot sign up for this? Where the process gives them a "General Error" and nothing they do (From following the given instructions, trying different browsers) doesn't change this message?

If so, what was your solution to this problem?

Edit: Never mind it just... Wasn't working earlier...? But signed up now!
