[REL] Warfox deck crew always whispering SH5 German Version MOD

Good Morning Sailors:

Now the deck crew (mostly the WO) won't shout in normal conditions, but will whisper, so that both states (Whisper and Normal) use the same voice/sound file . I prefer this way as the stock one, where Normal Mode used the Shouting Mode files. (Yes!! There are no normal voice files in stock game! Thank you Ubi!¬¬)

This Mod can be seen as the german version of " sober deck crew always whispering v2 ". I was using Sober's Mod List and, as I like to play in german, I created the German version for my personal use. So thank you very much for the idea Sober!

This Mod is JGSME ready!

PM me if any problems occur enabling this mod and we will look for a solution together.

As there's not a single file of my own creation you can use this mod in your own mod creations if you need to.

I'm very happy to share this work with you and save your time.
