Default Happy 9th Birthday, SHIII!

Today is the 9th anniversary of our favourite subsim's release

Can you believe it's been that long?

COOL! It feels like longer than that though somehow.

What a game SH3 has been!

Yes, I can believe it's been that long. I've been playing it on the same computer the whole time. And I've still never finished a complete campaign.

Ive been trying to get it to work for 7 of those 9 years lol. With the help and expertise of the this forums users I managed it. Im now in a position where I can also pass on the knowledge to other new users of the game. The fact that given any day of the week and at any time of day theres normally between 80 and 120 people viewing this part of the forum suggests the game is still strong. I believe this is due to the hard work of the modders and the campaign being different everytime, giving the game an infinite amount of re playability. To sailorsteve I have not gotten beyond mid '43 either but its not always due the allies but bugs that corrupt files etc. I think I have cracked those bugs though. Bring on '44!
