Putin nominated for Peace Nobel Prize!?
For his "mediation in the Syrian conflict".
German Focus magazine reports this, with reference to Reuters, Russian media and the Norwegians. http://www.focus.de/politik/ausland/...d_3665133.html Well, why not. There have been so many hilarious, absurd decisions in the past 15 or 20 years, that one joke more does not make a difference.  Peace Nobel Prize.
