Default SH3speech problem

Firstly I would like to congratulate the person(s) who developed this software its extremely good. I have a tiny problem that is more of a niggle than anything. Whenever a crew member reports to me, ie I say "Depth under keel?" and then navigator reports the depth, if im in a view that is able to be zoomed in or out the view changes to maximum/minimum zoom all on its own or if the deck gun fires the mouse moves to the left showing the dials and obscurring my view. I have a mouse with a wheel and a set of Turtle Beach x12 Headset. The mouse is "free" as it says in the manual and I use the open mike setting which I switch off the mike once I have given the order so its not picking up the crewmans voice. I cannot use the push to talk setting as it did not work for some reason and I'm not sure why. I would put the success rate of the orders given to orders executed at over 95% which I was very surprised at and I'm extremely pleased with it. It would be perfect if I could sort this niggle out. There is something extremely addictive about saying the words "Fire at will!" followed by the sound of an 88 going off.
