Default Shipping Companies largely Silent on NSA intercepting Packages

Quote:
Shipping giants FedEx and UPS haven’t said much since it was revealed Sunday that the National Security Agency intercepts electronics packages to install spyware, but what they have said implies they knew what the agency was up to

The Patriot Act in full flower.
Of course the shipping companies aren't going to say anything under penalty of law.
Makes you want to hurl that an agency of the government has that kind of power to abuse.

This is the epitome of fascism. The big money scratches the backs of the politicians, and they offer immunity in exchange to pull this baloney.

Don't think for a second that the big corporates like Verizon, Microsoft, etc. wouldn't sell you down the street to make an extra buck or two!

Never have.
Fat government contracts are lucrative and very appealing to the fat cats. That's why they buy politicians.

Well yes, this too! Little do they know it's sort of a catch-22. The money that's taxed out of us comes back to us in forms of contracts. So really no money is actually being made. It's not increasing the GDP.

Considering how little @#$% the shipping people give about my packages, I'm not surprised.

Hell i can probably sneak in there and switch out someone elses package, all I need is a uniform
