SH4 ship texture question

Hi all,
I'm new here and a noob to the silent hunter series(or any subsim).

I have seen many great mods for silent hunter 4 and i was wondering if it would be possible to add ship/sub textures from the anime "Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova/Arpeggio of Blue Steel"

I love the series as it is all about sci-fi naval warfare and the Fog Fleet using WW2 vessels. If it is at all possible how would i go about recreating the textures, i dont think the glow would be possible though.
