Amazing and beautiful. I was at home on from college on Christmas break when that happened. Makes me feel very old.

Me too Steve, I was in boot camp in San Giego when we got the news they were orbiting the moon!

Small world again. I was in boot on Nimitz Island (also San Diego for those who don't know) when Armstrong and Aldrin made their walk.

I was at MCRD in San Diego at the time, we had no clue they had even launched to go to the moon. It wasn't until they were orbiting that we even knew they were up there!

You know, with all the fame and mystic Hassie have on photographers, I never had any desire to have one or any similar slr body. For MF, I use a TLR, had a rolleicord and now I have a yashica. Many say they prefer the 6x4,5 or the 6x9 format, but of me 6x6 is quite good!
