Default Unable to use any MODS

Hello everyone.
I am trying to play the game with few MODS, but every time the game loaded everything looks as if played the stock game. No any changes at all. I read ALL READ ME files before I installed any new MOD to make sure it works with GWX 3.0 Gold and followed all installation instructions accordingly.
Anyway, I have a question (tried SEARCH before I created this thread).
1. Does it really matter in which order the following MODS must be installed or not?

Thomsen's Sound Pack V3.2cg
GWX - VIIC41 Player Sub
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Option 3 ~ Environment with EDE and GUI
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ MkIId Update (Enable After MkIIc)
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Flat Sun Fix
OLC's Modified Searchlight Beams for GWX3
TMT v2 + Thomsens Ships v 4.4 for GWX3 + Extra Ships
Flags_enlighten
ACM Reloaded for OLC 'Gold' MkII
ACM Lite Map
Extended FreeCam 1.2 for ACM
Wide FOV for Extended FreeCam 1.2

I have tried one more MOD

FM_NewInterior v 2.1D, but the game did not loaded at all, so I decided to disable it straight after.

The reason for using these MODS, I just do not like the stock nav tools nor interface in SH3. I've seen a few videos on YouTube where guys used different interface and was impressed with that, so decided to do the same with my game. But....no success so far.

Any help and advise would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
