Playing Silent Hunter 5 on Intel HD graphics is never a good idea, they usually have very low clock rates and slow memory (Speed of your current memory) They also have small bus widths, a small amout of shader processing units and limited usable memory.

I would not recommend playing Silent Hunter 5 on that graphics card.
As the performance would not be great and your frame rate would be extremely slow and you would have to play on low video settings defeating the purpose of SH5.

And also, what processor are you running?

I've tried it before on my old laptop, it's intel dual core with intel hd graphics,
And it can't even reach 7fps.

As v13dweller said, it's not a good idea to play sh5 with intel hd.
