2013 MLB thread
So, has baseball season even started yet? Oh, the all-star game is tonight?
The Twins still stink, Red Sox are red hot. Wicked pissah! Atleast one team was able to fix their pitching woes.  Going to see the Twins-Mariners next week. Somebody has to win. I got wicked seats, right behind the visiting bench. Joe Mauer cult member. http://mlb.mlb.com/home Watching the home run derby. That must be a blast to be one of those kids playing in the outfield.  Tomorrow, I'm taking the kids to see our brand new minor league team, free kids jersey night.

CARDINALS FOR LIFE! AND WORLD SERIES 2013!
We have the best record in baseball right now.  I feel it in my gut...we can go all the way this year.Went to a game on May 20-something against the Royals. Wore my Matt Holliday jersey and sat in the nosebleed with my friends. It was a good time. I love going to games and watching my team play America's game.  Great thread.  I love baseball.

My local team SUCKS!
The blue jays are just not doing well, worst in their division! A few more years of this, and they will be down to Astros or Merlins level! Ps: for a more through understanding of baseball, I really recommend moneyball the book. Great book.

I made a bet with my friend who is a Mets fan that the Mets would finish better than the Yankees. (Disgusted Yankee fan here. Nothing but injuries, if it wasn't for Mariano Rivera, they would be sunk, crap pitching, second string players at best. )
I guess I had my fun, in the past. Kick A-rod out of baseball, please. I can only spend so many years tolerating that cheating playoff choke-artist... All hail the Jeter! The only beacon on this team!

A vehement hate for him more like.
Most hated player ,on the most hated team. I get what ya mean mean though, but I ask for an exemption from the anti a-rod ban, as I am a Yankee fan who has been forced to deal with his "0 for 4s", in multiple playoffs..
