RFB-2.0+2.0 PATCH QUESTION

Ahoy.
Need a quick question answered.
I'm back into SH4 after a long, long......... shore leave.
I have sh4 1.5 stock
Installed RFB 2.0 no problem.
Was a attempting to install the RFB_2.0_Patch_23April2010
But GME warns me (enabling this mod may have adverse effects on your game etc etc.) Is this warning O.K. or do I even need to install the 2.0 patch?
Do I just ignore and proceed.

P.S. Played the game with just the RFB 2.0 patch WOW!!. What an upgrade.
