Whats happend to SH:O

i decided it may be interesting to see if SH:O was close to release now and the web site seems to have dissaperd I can't see any sign of it on the net has SH:O died already was it not seen as a worthwhile project?

Today was a server maintenance, a new beta version has been installed.
