Default Have a look at this - Remote Control Sturmgewehr 44 In Syria

Pretty awesome:

Quote:
Of all the things I never thought I would write in the same sentence, “Remote Control” and “Sturmgewehr 44″ must be at the top of the list. The above photo shows a Syrian rebel controlling a Sturmgewehr 44 with a wired joystick. A cheap CMOS video camera with a Component video output is mounted behind the scope (at the correct distance to account for eye relief) and is wired into a LCD screen

What's better than a ute with a large calibre machine gun in the tray? (7)

A ute with a large calibre AA gun in the tray (10). What's better than that?

A ute with two large calibre AA guns in the tray (32). What's better than that?

A ute with a multi tube rocket launcher in the tray! (17, 29/30, & 37).

Some very ingenious weapons there, I do love the slingshots, very Assyrian.

Their MLRS systems though, well, they're supposed to do this:

But, they often do this:

Very crafty, indeed! However the cam has clearly a Composite output, not Component! (in before the other German smartass )

Last year Syrian rebels claimed to have captured a weapons cache containing 5,000 Sturmgewehr 44 rifles.

I wonder what's the story behind them and how they got to Syria.

The Sturmgewehr 44, or this guy's interior decorator.

The energy drink is a nice touch. I'm sure he's burning a lot of calories behind that joystick.
