What goes around comes around. Back in 1970 there was a restaurant in Westwood, California (by UCLA) called The Fractured Cow. On their menu was the Fractured Cow (hamburger), Ham Burger (burger with ham), Cheesy Burger, Cheesy Onion Burger, Spaghetti Burger, Lasagna Burger, and the Cannibal Burger ( an uncooked - yes, raw - burger).
It was very popular at the time.

The spaghettti dries exposed like that. You'd have a wet falling apart hot mess when fresh and something that feels like eating toothpicks when it cools.
